Nurses log patient vital signs from iOS, Android, web, or desktop. Everything syncs in real time, works offline, and is ready to roll out in a day — not the months enterprise RPM platforms demand.
Every feature listed here is shipped and running in production today. No roadmap items dressed up as product.
Log single-value readings or multi-field vitals (e.g. systolic/diastolic). Updates stream to every connected device over WebSocket.
Per-patient min/max thresholds with severity bands (ABSOLUTE, DEVIATION, PERCENT). Multi-field breach tracking and acknowledge workflow.
Every vital type gets a chart and a directional trend indicator (↑↓→). Review patterns across days or months in seconds.
ICD-coded diagnoses, incident reports with severity, and a structured medical history tab (past medical, family, social, surgical, OB/GYN).
Log vitals with no signal. Mutations queue locally, persist across app restarts, and auto-sync when connectivity returns. Zero data loss.
Hybrid RBAC + ABAC with per-user grants, conditional rules, expiration, and break-glass sessions. Every action is recorded in the audit log.
Bedside on a tablet, on a phone during a home visit, at a desktop during handover. PxVital runs on the devices your team already uses.
No procurement cycles, no hardware installs, no IT project.
An admin creates the organization, invites the care team, picks which vital types you want to track, and sets thresholds.
Nurses log readings from mobile or desktop. Offline logs queue and sync automatically when the device reconnects.
Alerts fire in real time when a reading breaches thresholds. Reviewers acknowledge, add notes, and the audit trail captures everything.
If you're deploying to dozens of patients, not thousands — PxVital is built for you.
Outpatient clinics tracking chronic patients who need continuity between visits.
Nurses doing home visits in places with inconsistent signal. Mobile-first and offline-capable by design.
Track vitals and flag deterioration early for residents who need consistent monitoring.
PxVital is in early access and actively looking for pilot partners in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. We're working toward HIPAA readiness and welcome organizations that want to shape the roadmap alongside us. Pricing is negotiated per pilot during this stage.
Not yet — we're early access. Philippines-based pilots are operational today. US pilots are gated until we complete our security hardening phase. We're transparent about this; we'd rather earn a pilot on capability than claim certifications we don't have.
Native iOS and Android apps, a web app, and an Electron desktop app for both Care Portal (nurses/staff) and Ops Portal (platform admins). Bluetooth device integration (for auto-ingest from BP cuffs, pulse oximeters, etc.) is on the roadmap but not yet shipped.
For pilots right now, pricing is negotiated case by case depending on patient volume and feature needs. Per-patient-per-month (PPPM) tiers are on the roadmap for general availability.
Not today. HL7 FHIR interoperability is on the roadmap; we're not there yet and won't pretend otherwise.
Not today. PxVital is a hosted SaaS. Self-hosting may be offered for larger customers in the future.
No. PxVital is a monitoring and record-keeping tool. All clinical judgment stays with your care team.
Tell us about your organization. We'll walk you through a short demo and see if we're a fit.
