Real-time vital logging

Single-value readings or multi-field vitals (systolic/diastolic, etc.). Updates stream to every connected device over WebSocket.

Threshold alerts

Per-patient min/max thresholds with severity bands (absolute, deviation, percent). Multi-field breaches tracked together; alerts are reviewed and acknowledged with notes.

Time-series charts & trends

Every vital type gets a chart and a directional indicator. Review patterns over days or months at a glance.

Patient records & history

ICD-coded diagnoses, incident reports with severity, and a structured medical history tab (past, family, social, surgical, OB/GYN).

Offline-first on mobile

Log vitals with no signal. Mutations queue locally, persist across app restarts, and auto-sync when the device reconnects.

Access control & audit

Hybrid role- and attribute-based access with per-user grants, conditional rules, expiration, and break-glass sessions. Every action is recorded.
